BioThis is my diet/exercise journal. I decided after having my son I need to really look at my life as far as eating and working out are concerned. Food is my hobby. I am addicted to cooking and the food network. Exercise is somehting that I need to get my butt moving to do!! Taking the stairs just ain't enough.
